About Big Kid
I live in the Midwest region of the United States of America. I am a graduate with a Fine Arts degree. I am an artist who specializes in abstract work usually, creating artwork through paintings, sculpture, and drawings. I dabble in stop-motion animation, enjoy creating short film projects, as well as writing scripts, plays, developing my comics, and writing children's books under my alias, Tom Schinderling.
I have taught classes at a community arts and recreational center. I love creating things and sharing what I have made with others.
I am venturing into the world of toy art and I am very excited to share my work with the world. My skills with graphic design and fine art comes together as I utilize art with technology in creating my new toys. I start by sculpting small figures for my 3D scanner then send it to a 3D modeling program so I may manipulate and customize the design . When I have the desired design, I use my 3D printer to create a new toy.
I have achieved at long last one of my dreams which was creating my own comic book. I have started creating issues of 8-Bit Boss and have others in mind for future development. Using Patreon I hope to find a following that enjoys reading my comics as much as I do making them.
I have so many ideas, now I just have to stay driven and make those ideas into realities.
